1. When leaving the airport, take motorway M4, direction 'The West', 'Bath', 'Bristol', 'South Wales'. Continue for approx. 120 miles / 190 km. (Note - The M4 crosses the Severn Toll Bridge - £4.80, cash only, no credit cards are accepted).
2. Leave M4 at exit 25a, direction 'Newport', 'Casnewydd', 'Cwmbran'.
3. Immediately, take the A4042, direction 'Cwmbran'. Continue for approx 2 miles / 3 km. At the roundabout, bear left, direction 'Cwmbran'.
4. At the next roundabout, turn right onto the A4051, direction 'Cwmbran'.
5. Continue straight over the next roundabout.
6. At the following roundabout (Sports Stadium on your right), turn right, direction 'Cwmbran'.
7. At the next roundabout (Sainsbury's and town centre on your right), turn left onto Greenforge Way.
8. At the next roundabout, turn right onto Springvale Way (ignore the entrance into Springvale Industrial Estate). Continue to the next roundabout.
9. Turn left into Woodside Way.
   Take the first turning right and then immediately left. The TRL building is on your left.
